Meditation Trainers
Practice meditation one-on-one with a Heartfulness trainer in the Cleveland area. Think of this person as a coach who guides you to begin, continue, and advance a consistent meditation practice. A trainer also supports you along the way, helping you perceive, understand, and integrate the effects of meditation more deeply into your feelings, thoughts, and way of being.

There are no fees or membership requirements for Heartfulness meditation. We welcome anyone 18 years of age or older. Minors 15 years of age or older are also welcomed but must be accompanied by an adult.
